Trinity 1

Q: What is a Trinity?

A: Outside of the scriptures, the word "Trinity" means trio or three (3) as in a group of three things or objects. However, within the

Scriptures, the Word of God does not contain any teaching called "Trinity". Even the word "Trinity" (or Triune God) is not found in

scripture. Probably you have heard the term "Trinity" being used by a priest or by someone advocating the "doctrine of Trinity" in some

fashion or other - however, it simply is not found in the scriptures. God's recorded Word is complete and has been complete since the

book of Revelation and NO ONE can add or subtract from it without subjecting themselves to the judgment of God!

So let's start with this:

• A Trinity or Triune God is never mentioned once in Scriptures...no... not even once in the entire Bible!

• Why would any student of the bible believe that a "Three Person God" exists when this has never even once been mentioned in the

Scriptures???

• More than ten thousand times in Scripture - God refers to Himself in the singular - using singular pronouns such as: I, Me, Myself,

Him, Himself, He, Mine, His, etc., etc.

• Why, When, How, did God all of a sudden become a Trinity? The Apostles knew nothing about it! If they had discovered such an

incredible contrary message that God was now a Trinity this would have been mind blowing news to the Jews - who were taught all

their life (and by scripture) that the Lord thy God is one Lord. Think about it!

• By far, the biggest controversy of the New Testament age would surely have been a bombshell breaking news story!

Breaking News!!! "God was Just Kidding! In fact He was really Three all the time."

"Suddenly - After Thousands of Years of Jews/Israel Being Taught by God & Believing that He is One Lord - He was

secretly Three! Prophets, Apostles, and Disciples shocked to find out they were never told "The Lord is Three!"

But no! Seriously. Not one mention or teaching of "A Doctrine of Trinity" exists in Scripture. It would have been the main

subject

of every discussion in every city, house, synagogue and any other location where the Apostles preached and/or established a

Church if there was a new bombshell revelation called "Trinity - One God in Three Persons". This new doctrine would most

certainly have to be explained and addressed in great detail in almost all their epistles/letters.

• Nor did the earliest Christian writers of the first two centuries mention that such a doctrine existed in any of the early

churches.

In absence of any biblical teaching of a three person God, it stands to reason that this "Trinitarian Doctrine" came

from carnal men. The question is "Why & for what Purpose"?

God's Word is (absolute) Truth:

In the beginning was the Word, which was with God and is God! (John 1:1)

Revelation 22:18,19 "I warn everyone who hears the words of prophecy in this book: If anyone adds anything to these, God will give that person the

plagues written about in this book. And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away that person's share of the

tree of life and of the holy city, which are written about in this book." (Jesus)

Deuteronomy 4:1,2 "Now, Israel, listen to the laws and to the commands that I teach you. Obey them and you will live. Then you can go in and take the

land that the LORD, the God of your ancestors, is giving you. You must not add to what I command you. And you must not take anything away.

You must obey the commands of the LORD your God that I have given you." (God)

2Timothy 3:16,17 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." (Apostle Paul)

God's written Word, the record He gives us in the scriptures, is the sole test of what doctrine or teaching is from God and also what is

not from God. God has given us the Holy Scriptures for our protection! Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but His Word shall never

pass away.

OK, so (the)Trinity doctrine is not from God. We could just leave it at that, but logically the next question would be, "Well,

why is it we hear about Trinity in some Christian denominations?" The "Why" question is also very easy to answer. In fact,

there are thousands of documents on the internet regarding the development of Trinity teaching attributing it to the same

source - and that origin was not God! The apostles gave us prophetic warnings so we would be vigilant against corruption of

the gospel. Indeed as they forewarned us, the doctrines of devils & seducing spirits have flooded the earth.

More than 250 years after the last scripture had been written, the theory of Trinity came to be developed by people whose agenda was

to replace sound doctrine with religious counterfeits. There is no Trinity taught in the bible, it is the invention of men.

Matthew 15:7-9 (KJ2) "You hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, These people draw near unto Me with their mouth, and honor Me

with their lips; but their heart is far from Me. But in vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

In order to advance their own religious brand, carnal men advanced their ideas in conflict with the testimony that God has given

through His Holy Word. Note that Roman Catholicism specifically claims credit for developing the doctrine of Trinity in their various

encyclopedias and publications - especially the older historical publications.

The Trinity Doctrine & the Counterfeit Church = SPIRITUAL WAR Against the Saints:

In the 3rd and 4th century, weak men under immense pressure from the Roman empire devised/and or accepted a non-scriptural

teaching about God which has come to be known by the term "Trinity". Additionally, they also mingled in Pagan religions - particularly

Baal worship - in order to come up with a blended religion that would be less offensive to the heathen who worshipped Baal and other

gods. This helped Rome tone down and severely weaken the Christian gospel they professed to teach.

Rome substituted mysterious religious rituals and idol worship in place of sound doctrine! In accordance with prophesy Rome

absolutely fulfils the biblical name of Mystery, Babylon The Great, Mother of Harlots as revealed to us by the angel of our Lord in

Revelation 17. We are told the dragon, Satan gives the beast its authority and power where the evil Woman, Babylon sits. Babylon or

Babel means "confusion" and that is exactly what the Trinity doctrine succeeds in doing. Poor Benny Hinn became so confused, he

even said God was 9 persons because "each person of the Godhead was also a Trinity."

Revelation 17:3-6 (KJ2) "So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names

of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and adorned with gold and precious stones

and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written,

MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the

blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great wonder."

In Revelation 17 above, "Mystery" comes from the original Greek word "Musterion". Musterion means "silence imposed by initiation

into religious rites." So true! The true gospel - including the name of Jesus is "silenced" when it is replaced by religious rituals and

teachings contrary to God's Word. That is why Babylon is the Mother of Harlots & was Great (pregnant) with Child(ren), and

abominations. Her daughters are her breakaway splinter "churches" that carry many of the Harlot's abominations.

2 Woman, 2 Churches, Wheat and Tares:

In scripture a woman often spiritually represents a church or the Church. Attempting to counterfeit God 's pure Church - The Devil

creates his own counterfeit church (the Harlot), to birth his own disciples. These are the "sons of the wicked one" whom Jesus calls

"Tares" in the parable of the sower. They look so close to the real thing that we are told to leave them for the reaping angels to sort out.

Matthew 13:37-41 (NKJV) "He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, the good seeds are the

sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the

reapers are the angels Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. The Son of Man will send out His

angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness,"

Note that lawlessness (iniquity) is when the law of God is replaced with a false law or teaching that contradicts God's Word. The

"Mystery of Lawlessness" has been at work since apostolic time!

2Thessalonians 2:7 (ESV) "For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. Only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way."

2 Peter 2:1-3 (KJV) "But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in

destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways,

because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed.By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has

not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.."

Mark 13:22 (KJV) "For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the

elect."

There we have it, the body of Christ quickly came under attack by false teachers using seductive heresies, who stealthily introduced

destructive doctrines.

A pure Woman - The True Church and the Dragon

Revelation 12:3-5,17 (KJV) 3 "And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and

seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the

woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her Child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a Man Child, who was to rule all

nations with a rod of iron: and her Child was caught up unto God, and to His throne. 17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make

war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ."

Revelation 12:15 (KJV) "And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the

flood." And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth."

The remnant or offspring of the "true woman" are the saints of God, "the elect", meaning the "called out" church - whom Satan is

enraged with & makes war with. (He already rules the sinners and the ungodly). Satan wars against the gospel of Christ in various

ways, especially through false religion. He likes to blaspheme God's name.... and Satan's church, Babylon, was drunken with the blood

of the saints and the martyrs of Jesus.

Revelation 13:4-7 (KJ2) "And they worshiped the dragon who gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast?

who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to

continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle, and them that dwell in

heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all tribes, and tongues,

and nations."

Main Purpose of the Trinity Doctrine:

It should be evident that Satan's main purpose for introducing the "Trinity doctrine" was to replace the Name that is above every name

"Jesus" - with generic titles of deity, so that people would no longer preach, pray, heal, baptise, cast out demons, etc, in "the Name of

Jesus." So where the NT church had exclusively used the name of Jesus (as testified beyond all doubt by Scripture) - the erroneous

"Trinity teaching" soon replaced our Lord's name with: "In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." While that sounds very

religious, there is NO spiritual power or authority in those titles!

Although God says He is One, Rome began teaching that He is three different beings, spirits, and/or persons. They began to

teach that the Spirit of God is a "Them", an "Us" and a "We" and other plural nonsense instead of a "He" - which is in direct

contradiction of the testimony which God speaks of "HIMSELF".

Rome ordered Christian leaders to accept the things they taught including Trinity and threatened them with all manner of punishments,

excommunication, etc. should they refuse. Over many centuries many Christians and even unbelievers have been killed for not

accepting this man made religion that by its rituals and doctrine replaces the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Trinity teaching is one of the

main doctrines that makes Christianity unpalatable to the Jews and other Nations that believe that God is One.

The Name Above All Names Attacked!

The teaching of Trinity is satanic, antichrist - because it substitutes generic terms to avoid using the name of Jesus where it must be

used. God's Word expressly tells us that everything the true church does, whether in word or deed is to be done in His name - in the

name above every name "JESUS". In fact we are strictly commanded to believe and have faith in His name. We are also to be called by

His name! Here are some examples:

Mark 4:15-18 (ESV) "And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved;

but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will

speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the

sick, and they will recover.”

Luke 10:17 (NIV) "The seventy returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name."

Acts 16:18 (NIV) "She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, "In the name of Jesus

Christ I command you to come out of her!" At that moment the spirit left her."

James 5:14-15 (KJV) "Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the

Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him."

Acts 2:38 (NKJV) "And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins,

and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

1 Corinthians 6:11 (KJV) "And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and

by the Spirit of our God."

Acts 4:30 (KJV) "By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus."

Acts 8:12 (KJV) "But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized,

both men and women."

Acts 11:26 (NIV) "and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers

of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch."

Acts 4:10: (KJV) "Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God

raised from the dead even by Him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11:This is the stone which was rejected by you builders, which is become the

chief cornerstone. 12: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be

saved."

Acts 10:43,44 (KJV) Through His name whoever believes in Him will receive forgiveness of sins. While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy

Spirit fell on all who heard the word."

There is not one scripture where the apostles or any believers did anything in any other name or used any kind of spiritual title(s).

The early church exclusively used the name of Jesus for salvation, for water baptism, Holy Spirit baptism, healing, casting out devils,

speaking in tongues, preaching, teaching, etc. All actions of the church were done - and are to be done invoking or proclaiming the

name of Jesus and that name ALONE. This is by design of Jesus Christ, the chief cornerstone. Every example of faith was performed

in Jesus name!

There is not one occasion in God's Word where they (apostles/disciples/believers) did anything by saying these words: "in the name of

the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." for they understood that the Name of Salvation and Power was/is "Jesus" (Yeshua).

Acts 2:21 (NKJV) "And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord, shall be saved."

Matthew 1:21 (NKJV) “And she will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for it is He who will save His people from their sins.”

Malachi 1:11 (NKJV) "From the the rising of the sun, even to its going down, My name shall be great among the Gentiles; In every place incense shall be

offered to My name, And a pure offering; For My name shall be great among the nations," Says the Lord of hosts.

Satan who loathes the name Jesus, has throughout the ages spewed out a flood of lies to blind people to accept his religious

systems. The scriptures call these blinded people "earthly" or "carnal". Water in scripture often refers to "doctrine", so

these earthly or carnal people drink in the flood of deception Satan's spews.

Revelation 12:15,16 (KJV) "And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth."

2 Corinthians 4:4-6 (KJV) "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of

Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for

Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God

in the face of Jesus Christ."

"Jesus" is the name that God has given us to exercise authority over all the power of the enemy, and Satan hates that glorious name!

The devil has been attempting to prevent the name of Jesus from being spoken and used by believers by any means possible including

the use of false religions/churches via Mystery, Babylon the Great!

When Rome introduced the Trinity doctrine they launched a campaign to punish any Christians that would not conform to their

theology. That campaign continues today although they prefer to absorb the nations through flattery and deception. When deception

does not work, they get angry. The same spirit was evident in the persecution of the early church. Those that did not deny Jesus name

were often targeted.

Satan has been persecuting those that hold fast to the name of Jesus Christ:

Revelation 2:12,13 (ERV) "And to the angel of the church in Pergamum write; These things saith He that hath the sharp two-edged sword: I know where

you live--where Satan has his throne. Yet you remain true to My name. You did not renounce your faith in Me, not even in the days of Antipas, My

faithful witness, who was put to death in your city--where Satan lives."

Acts 4: (ESV) 7 "And when they had set them in the midst, they inquired, “By what power or by what name did you do this?” 10 Let it be known to all of you

and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by Him this man is

standing before you well. 11This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. 12And there is salvation

in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.18 So they called them and charged them

not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus."

Acts 26:9-11 (ISV) "Indeed, I myself thought it my duty to take extreme measures against the name of Jesus from Nazareth.. That is what I did in

Jerusalem. I received authority from the high priests and locked many of the saints in prison. And when I cast my vote against them, they were put to

death. I would even punish them frequently in every synagogue and try to make them blaspheme. Raging furiously against them, I would hunt them

down even in distant cities."

Jesus Exposes Satan in His Word:

Jesus human life, death, burial, and resurrection from the dead is the cornerstone of our Lord's eternal plan to defeat Satan - while at

the same time reaching out to all mankind with the gospel news that can save whosoever will believe on Him.

Jesus, the "Light of the World" and the "True Light" exposed the enemy Satan (Lucifer) as the father of lies and those opposed to God

as "children of the devil." The good news is that Jesus through His death and resurrection triumphed over Satan and the kingdom of

darkness. Jesus Christ has made an easy & uncomplicated way for mankind to be saved. Satan would never have "pushed" for Jesus

death if he knew that it would result in his own judgement and eventual defeat. The death & resurrection of Jesus paved the way for the

Church to receive Holy Spirit baptism - beginning at Pentecost in Acts 2.

1 Corinthians 2:7-8 (KJV) "But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory."

Hebrews 2:14 (KJV) " Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death

He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;"

Mark 1:23-24 (KJV) "And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee,

thou Jesus of Nazareth? art Thou come to destroy us? I know Thee who Thou art, the Holy One of God."

Matthew 8:28-29 (ESV) "And when He came to the other side, to the country of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men met him, coming out of the

tombs, so fierce that no one could pass that way. And behold, they cried out, "What have you to do with us, O Son of God? Have you come here to torment

us before the time?"

Colossians 2:8-15 (ERV) "Be sure you are not led away by the teaching of those who have nothing worth saying and only plan to deceive you. That

teaching is not from Christ. It is only human tradition and comes from the powers that influence this world. I say this because all of God lives in

Christ fully, even in His life on earth. And because you belong to Christ you are complete, having everything you need. Christ is ruler over every

other power and authority. In Christ you had a different kind of circumcision, one that was not done by human hands. That is, you were made free from

the power of your sinful self. That is the kind of circumcision Christ does. When you were baptized, you were buried with Christ, and you were raised

up with Him because of your faith in God's power. God's power was shown when He raised Christ from death. You were spiritually dead because of your

sins and because you were not free from the power of your sinful self. But God gave you new life together with Christ. He forgave all our sins. Because we

broke God's laws, we owed a debt--a debt that listed all the rules we failed to follow. But God forgave us of that debt. He took it away and nailed it to the

cross. He defeated the rulers and powers of the spiritual world. With the cross He won the victory over them and led them away, as defeated and

powerless prisoners for the whole world to see."

Buried and Raised with Who? ( Who died, Who was buried, Who was raised?)

If you notice the previous scripture in Colossians 2, it states that we were buried with Christ (but not with a Trinity) in water baptism!

Of course God the Father/Spirit did not die - which is what would be saying if we were to get baptised in titles of Trinity. The bible says

we were buried and raised from the dead with Jesus Christ - which is the name the apostles baptised every believer in obedience to

Mathew 28:19. (Acts 2:38 & on)

Without question, "Jesus Christ" is the name we are to use for every spiritual activity we partake in. Again, the Trinity doctrine is dead

wrong because we are wrongfully saying the 1st and 3rd person of the Trinity would also have been crucified, died, buried, and then

resurrected - when it is only the Man, Jesus the Messiah, that did this.

Romans 6:3-6 (NAS) "Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? Therefore we

have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might

walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His

resurrection, knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him,.."

Clearly the Name of Jesus is the name Satan fears & loathes. His main purpose in promoting Trinity was so he could hide from the

Name of Jesus!

Over 10,000 Times "God is One Lord":

Now let us take a closer look at the Godhead, or the "substance" of God. If God was a "Trinity" - wouldn't He know? If over 10,000

times God refers to Himself in the singular, there can be no doubt that when God says He is One - He means what He has said.

Jeremiah 23:29 (KJ2) "Is not My word like a fire? says the LORD; and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?"

As just mentioned, more than 10,000 times - YES THAT IS CORRECT - ten thousand times, God refers to Himself specifically using

singular pronouns such as I, Me, Myself, He, Him, Mine, My, etc. The Lord Himself - the very Word of God, the author of ALL scripture

describes Himself as being "One". In fact, the first and foremost commandment begins with the voice of God proclaiming, "Hear O

Israel, the Lord your God - is One Lord".

Deuteronomy 6:4 (KJV) “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD”

Isaiah 44:8 (KJV) “Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even My witnesses. Is there a God

beside Me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.”

Isaiah 45:5 (KJV) "I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside Me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known Me: "

Isaiah 46:9 (KJV) “Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like Me…”

1Timothy 2:5 (KJV) "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;"

Isaiah 43:10-12 (NAS) "You are My witnesses," declares the LORD, "And My servant whom I have chosen, So that you may know and believe Me And

understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, And there will be none after Me. "I, even I, am the LORD, And there is no Savior besides

Me. 12"It is I who have declared and saved and proclaimed, And there was no strange god among you; So you are My witnesses," declares the LORD,

"And I am God."

Zechariah 14:9 (ERV) "And the LORD shall be King over all the earth: in that day shall the LORD be one, and His name one."

From these few verses, God clearly does not speak of Himself as being three or three-in-one. From Genesis to Revelation, the

Scriptures declare that "God is One", and that God's substance or being is Spirit!

So for what purpose do some want to make Him a "they", or a "we" or a "them"? And what or who is the origin of such error?
